Who Is Hannah Aylward, HHC?
Hi I'm Hannah, and I'm a Certified Holistic Health Coach, private chef, gut health expert, and founder of HAN. I help both men and women around the world lose weight, heal skin disturbances, heal gut imbalances and feel at home in their bodies through healthy eating, movement, mindfulness and positive self-talk. 

After years of suffering with low self-esteem, disconnection, severe bloating, and stomach sensitivity, I dove headfirst into years of research.
