  • Can I enroll in this program if I have IBS?
  • ​Yes! A large percentage of our students have been told that they have IBS. IBS is not a root cause. You always want to dig deeper and identify the "why" behind the IBS. Proper nutrition plays a big role in this. 
  • ​Will this heal my gut?
  • ​Food is THE quickest way to balance your gut microbiome. Your gut microbes quite literally eat the foods that you eat. If you have something deeper going on (pathogens, dysbiosis, etc), we’ll discuss next steps at the end of the course.
  • ​When do we start?
  • ​This is a self-paced course, so you can start whenever you'd like - perfect for those of us with busy schedules!
  • ​What if I have questions along the way?
  • You can always reach out to us with any questions or post your questions in the HAN's Good Gut Fam Facebook Group! If you need extra support, we can set that up for you.
  • ​Is this a meal plan? 
  • ​No - we teach guidelines, frameworks and foundations for you to utilize going forward, that way you can use this information when traveling, eating out, and in your everyday life. Meal plans are old school and not sustainable.

  • ​Our goal is to leave you feeling satisfied after every meal, likely even MORE so than normal by balancing your blood sugar levels and filling your plate with nutritious, satiating foods.
